Clubs & Activities
We are pleased to be able to offer a wide range of clubs to our children.
Our club sign up is available through Arbor and parents/carers will need to log into the parent portal via the website below or you can download the Arbor App. If you cannot remember your password, please use the ‘reset password’ button.
Spaces for each club are limited and sign up is on a first-come-first-served basis. Once a school-led club reaches its limit, please telephone the school office on 01202 485579 to place your child onto a waiting list.
We do expect children to attend regularly. If your child is unable to attend any session then you must inform the school office team ASAP. If there is persistent non-attendance from the club, your place may be forfeited.

Absence From Clubs Protocol
For the safety of your child we ask that you observe the following strict protocols:
Permission for absence from a Club may only be granted by a parent / carer. This includes those children who have 'walk home' permission.
A message should be left with the school office before school for children who will be absent from a club. If your child does not turn up for an after school club we could consider them missing and instigate our 'missing child' procedures which are always very worrying for both school and home and may involve the police.
Please ensure that all childminders, friends, family members etc., who pick up your children, are aware of this protocol.
Thank you for co-operating with these guidelines which are, as always, designed solely to keep your children safe.
A register will be taken before each session. All children must come to the activity properly equipped. High standards of behaviour will be expected of those who take part in all clubs and your child’s place will be at risk if they misbehave.
